Before You Order
Made-to-Order : Every dress is crafted fresh for your child once the order is placed. Please allow 5 working days for construction and dispatch.
Size Confirmation: Double-check measurements before ordering. If you need sizing guidance, reach out to us before placing your order.
Customisations: For changes in colour, length, or embroidery details, contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Payment: We accept UPI and bank transfers only. Payment is split — 50% at the time of ordering and 50% on delivery. On the check out page use Cash On Delivery. We will contact you for payment processing.
Shipping: You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Exchange & Return Policy
No Cancellations or Exchanges: Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made. As every garment is custom-made, exchanges are not accepted.
Quality Guarantee: Every order undergoes thorough quality checks before dispatch. In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo within 48 hours of receipt.
Return Conditions: Damaged or defective items must be returned within 10 days of receipt, unwashed and unused, with all original labels and tags intact.
Refunds: Once a returned item is received and assessed, a refund will be initiated. Original courier charges are non-refundable.
Right to Assess: Happy Threadz reserves the right to request proof of damage and inspect returned products before processing any refund.
