Shipping Policy

  1. Order processing
    As we custom make all our products, we take 7 – 15 business days to process and ship all orders. We will strive to deliver all products to you at the earliest.
  2. Shipping charges
    Shipping charges are based on actuals given your address and any duties and taxes that have to be paid for International orders.
  3. Delivery timelines
    All orders are delivered within 5 – 7 business days of dispatch, across India. Delivery time starts from the day of dispatch, not the day you order.
    Business days are Monday to Saturday. Sundays and national public holidays are excluded. Timelines are estimates — occasional delays due to weather, high demand, or courier disruptions can happen.
  4. Courier partners
    I work with trusted national couriers so your order is in safe hands:
    The courier is selected based on your location and the fastest available option at the time of dispatch. I don't offer a choice of courier.
  5. Order tracking
    As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email (and WhatsApp message if you've opted in) with your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment.
    Tracking goes live within 24 hours of dispatch — it may not show movement immediately, that's normal
    You can also track your order at any time from your account's Order History page
    If you haven't received a tracking update within 3 business days of ordering, email me at the email address provided above.
  6. Delivery attempts & failed delivery
    Couriers make up to 3 delivery attempts. If you're not available:
    They will attempt delivery on the next 1–2 business days
    You can coordinate directly with the courier using your tracking number to reschedule
    You can also request delivery to the security guard or a neighbour — just leave me a note in your order or email me
    If a parcel is returned to me because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept — I'll contact you to reship. Re-delivery charges will apply and are the customer's responsibility.
  7. Shipping address
    Please double-check your delivery address before placing the order. Once an order is dispatched, I can't change the address.
    Use your full name, flat/house number, street, landmark, city, state, and PIN code
    If your address is incorrect and the order is lost or delayed as a result, I can't be held responsible
    To correct an address before dispatch, email me immediately at the email address provided above with your order number
  8. International shipping
    I ship to most countries. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and parcel weight.
    Delivery time: 10 – 21 business days depending on location and customs
    All customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping charge
    For a shipping quote or timeline, email me at the email address provided above before placing your order
    International parcels may be held by customs in the destination country. Any duties or taxes charged are set by your local government — I have no control over these and can't predict or refund them.
  9. Delays & exceptions
    I'll always do my best to get your order to you on time. That said, some things are outside my control:
    Courier delays, strikes, or logistics disruptions
    Natural events — floods, heavy rain, cyclones
    Public holidays and festive season backlogs (Diwali, Christmas, etc.)
    Customs delays for international orders
    During sale periods and festive seasons, please allow extra time. If your order is significantly delayed, I'll proactively reach out with an update.
  10. Damaged or lost parcels
    Parcel arrived damaged
    If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please do the following:
    Take a photo or video of the sealed parcel before opening it
    Take photos of the damaged item(s) once opened
    Email me within 48 hours of delivery at the email provided above with your order number and photos
    I'll arrange a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer
    Parcel lost in transit
    If tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days or your order shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, email me. I'll raise a trace with the courier immediately and work to resolve it.
