  1. Who we are
    Happy Threadz is a clothing brand based in Bengaluru, India.

  2. Using this website
    By visiting or shopping on happythreadz.com, you agree to these Terms. Please don't use the site to:
    - Do anything illegal
    - Copy or steal content, photos, or designs
    - Hack or try to break the site
    - Create fake accounts or abuse promotions
    - Resell products you've bought here without my permission
    I can restrict access to the site for anyone who misuses it.
  3. Your account
    You don't need an account to browse, but you'll need one to track orders and check your order history.
    When you create an account:
    - Use your real details — a fake address means I can't deliver your order
    - Keep your password to yourself
    Let me know if you think someone else has accessed your account
    One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to game promotions isn't allowed and I'll cancel associated orders.
  4. Prices & products
    Prices
    All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless I say otherwise. Prices may change, but I'll always charge you the price shown when you placed your order.
    If there's a pricing error (it happens!), I'll let you know and give you the option to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
    Product descriptions
    I do my best to show accurate photos and descriptions. A few things to keep in mind:
    Colours may look slightly different on your screen vs. in real life
    Handcrafted items may have small natural variations — that's part of their charm, not a defect
    Size measurements are approximate — check the size guide before ordering
  5. Placing an order
    When you click 'Place Order', you're making an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once I send you an Order Confirmation email. The contract between us is complete when I dispatch your order.
    I reserve the right to cancel an order if:
    - The item is out of stock after you've ordered
    - There's a pricing or description error
    - Payment doesn't go through
    - I suspect fraud
    If I cancel your order, you'll get a full refund within 7 business days.
    Cancelling your order
    You can cancel before I dispatch — email me ASAP at the email provided above with your order number. Once it's been dispatched, it can't be cancelled (but you can return it — see Section 7).
    Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items can't be cancelled once I've started making them.
  6. Payment
    I accept UPI and net banking.
  7. Shipping & delivery
    We try our best to get your order to you at the earliest. It typically takes 5 – 7 business days to receive your order.
    These are estimates. I can't guarantee exact delivery dates — couriers sometimes have delays outside our control.
    Please double-check your delivery address before placing the order. I'm not responsible if a parcel is lost because of a wrong address.
    Once your order is dispatched, I'll send you a tracking link.
  8. Returns, exchanges & refunds
    All return, exchange, and refund terms are covered in detail in the Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy at happythreadz.com/policies/refund-policy.
  9. Discounts & promotions
    Discount codes are one per order and can't be combined
    Sales apply only during the advertised period
    I can end a promotion early if I need to
    Sale items may not be returnable — I'll flag this clearly on the product page
  10. My content & designs
    Everything you see on my site — photos, designs, text, the logo — belongs to Happy Threadz. Please don't copy, repost for commercial use, or claim it as your own without asking me first.
    If you post a review or photo of your order, thank you! By sharing it, you're giving me permission to repost it (with credit) on my channels.
  11. My liability
    I care about every order and I'll always try to make things right. That said:
    I'm not liable for delays caused by couriers, natural disasters, or other things outside my control
    I'm not responsible for how third-party payment or shipping services perform
    If something goes wrong that is my fault, my liability is limited to the value of your order
  12. Disputes
    If something's gone wrong, please email me first — most issues can be solved quickly with a conversation at the email provided above.
    If we can't resolve it directly, you can escalate to: The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or your local Consumer Forum
    These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any formal disputes would be handled in the courts of Karnataka, India.

  14. Changes to these terms
    If I update these Terms, I'll post the new version here with a new date. For any big changes, I'll email registered customers. If you keep shopping after changes are made, that means you're happy with them.
